Tigard Map login Help
Open the TIgard map from the maps link in the Precision page
Pick ArcGIS login
You will see the Tigard maps screen again for a while
Congrats you have logged in. But you are not done yet
Click on the "Utilities" tab. Checkmark "Sanitary System" "Storm Water System" and "Drinking Water Systems"

Next expand the "Sanitary System" Make sure to click "Sanitary Lateral"
Next expand the "Storm Water System" Make sure to click the "Storm Water Laterals"
Next click "Drinking Water Systems" and click on "Tigard Water System"
Next, expand the "Tigard Water System" and make sure "Water Meters" "Water Lateral" and "Water Hydant Laterals" is clicked
You are now ready to use the Tigard maps. To find an address you can use the Search bar in the upper right-hand corner. You can also input GPS coordinates too
